Our  Story

What This Is

Litterae Gladii is a Post Society.

A print fellowship.

Each delivery is intentionally assembled—written, illustrated, and sealed—to carry weight.
This was not made for mass consumption.
It is issued monthly, deliberately, to those who choose to receive it.
Each issue is produced in sequence and designed to be collected over time—not a one-time experience, but an ongoing body of work.

The world is loud.
We do not add to the noise—we cut through it.

What arrives is not content, but correspondence—presented as it stands—meant to be kept, and returned to, again.
Those who receive it are not simply subscribers, but members—each issue becoming part of an unfolding archive.
Once issued, it is not repeated.
If it reaches you, it was meant to.

Membership Terms of Issue All Litterae Gladii Post Society memberships are issued on a recurring basis. Month-to-month members must request cancellation prior to the next cycle of issue to prevent renewal. Annual (12-month) memberships are entered as a full term of commitment. Once the first issuance has been dispatched, the term is set and cannot be canceled or refunded. All correspondence is shipped to the address provided at the time of issue. Litterae Gladii is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors caused by postal services or incorrect address submission. Members are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and up to date prior to each issuance. Each issuance may contain limited and collectible elements. Due to the nature of these items, they will not be reissued once dispatched, and are not subject to replacement. Certain collectible elements, including curated vintage postage, may be reserved for a limited number of members per issuance cycle. Availability of these elements is not guaranteed beyond the initial allocation and may vary by membership tier or timing of enrollment. As always, for any concerns or matters of issue, members may contact us directly at LitteraeGladiiPostSociety@gmail.com or by text message at 231-620-0575. Litterae Gladii Post Society Membership — issued monthly, continuing in sequence until the member calls it to a close, choosing thereafter to become an ex–Post Society member.
